In 2018 while working for Nike, Eloisa graduated as an Apparel Technical Developer from the Portland Fashion Institute. Since then, she moved to Ohio and worked as a bridal wear designer and seamstress for Unbox The Dress as well as a local embroidery shop while launching her own alteration business from home. In August 2022, she opened her first brick-and-mortar location for ELOISA'S ALTERATIONS in Hartville OH. where she specialized in Bridal and Formal alterations. As of September 2025, she has moved to the Highland Square area of Akron, and now works exclusively with bridal & formalwear by appointment only.
